Introduction
Welcome to uuuvip. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and uuuvip governing your access to and use of the uuuvip platform, website, and all services offered at uuuvip.app. By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
uuuvip operates as an online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines. All games, sports betting markets, and promotions offered on the platform are intended solely for eligible adult users in jurisdictions where access to online gaming is permitted. If you are not eligible to use the platform under these Terms, you must not register or continue using uuuvip.
SECTION 02
Eligibility
To create and use a uuuvip account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. uuuvip operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.
- You must be accessing uuuvip from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in your location before registering.
- You must not already hold another active uuuvip account. One account per person, per household, and per device is the rule — no exceptions.
- You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person in creating or operating a uuuvip account.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a uuuvip employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
uuuvip reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.
SECTION 03
Account Registration and Verification
When registering for a uuuvip account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
uuuvip applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts before full withdrawal privileges are granted. As part of KYC, you will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID — acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys national ID, voter's ID, or PRC license. Proof of address may also be requested in certain cases.
KYC documents are reviewed by the uuuvip Trust and Safety team. Most verifications are completed within a few hours during business hours. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. uuuvip will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, contact support immediately.
SECTION 04
Deposits
uuuvip accepts deposits from the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit amounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and by account tier — your current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account dashboard. uuuvip does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
- Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your uuuvip wallet within 1–3 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
- Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
- Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined or held pending verification.
- uuuvip reserves the right to request proof of payment source for any deposit if required by our compliance obligations.
All funds deposited into your uuuvip account are held in trust for the purpose of gaming activity on the platform and cannot be used for any other purpose by uuuvip.
SECTION 05
Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your uuuvip account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the method supporting withdrawals. In most cases, GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 10–15 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed the KYC verification process and your account must not be subject to any active bonus wagering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
- VIP Platinum and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing with a guaranteed 15-minute target for GCash and Maya.
- A withdrawal requested while a bonus is active will require the bonus rollover to be completed first, or the bonus to be forfeited, before the withdrawal can proceed.
- uuuvip reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱100,000 per transaction or ₱500,000 cumulative per calendar month.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the Trust and Safety team identifies unusual account activity requiring review. You will be notified of any such delays.
SECTION 06
Bonuses and Promotions
uuuvip offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback, daily rebate, and raffle promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that govern eligibility, rollover requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates. These terms are published on the uuuvip Promotions page for each active offer.
The welcome bonus for new members offers a 100% match on the first deposit up to ₱50,000. The following core bonus conditions apply across all uuuvip promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:
- Bonus funds must meet a stated rollover requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The minimum rollover for the welcome bonus is 15x the bonus amount within 30 days of claiming.
- Only bets placed on markets with odds of 1.50 or higher, or slot bets at standard bet sizes, contribute to rollover calculation. Certain game categories may be excluded — check the specific promotion terms.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses by creating duplicate accounts will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
- Bonuses that expire before rollover is completed will be removed from the account along with any winnings generated solely from bonus funds.
- uuuvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected players before taking effect where practicable.
SECTION 07
Game Rules and Fair Play
All slot and casino games available on uuuvip use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by licensed game developers. Results are independently determined on each spin or hand and are not influenced by previous results, bet size (except where explicitly stated), or any external factors. uuuvip publishes RTP figures for all games in the library.
For sports betting, including volleyball betting and esports betting, odds are sourced from competitive markets and reflect the probability of outcomes based on available information at the time of market publication. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Late bets after an event has started may be voided at uuuvip's discretion.
- In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game session, the game result is determined by the state recorded on uuuvip's servers at the time of the error. uuuvip's records take precedence in any dispute.
- Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific sport's rules state otherwise.
- uuuvip prohibits the use of automated betting tools, bots, or any software that provides an unfair advantage. Accounts found to be using such tools will be closed.
SECTION 08
Responsible Gaming
uuuvip is committed to providing a gaming environment that promotes enjoyment and minimizes the risk of problem gambling. The platform offers a full suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with support.
Available tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session duration reminders; reality check notifications at intervals you choose; temporary cooling-off periods from 24 hours to 30 days; and permanent self-exclusion for players who determine they need to stop gaming entirely. Activating a self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for the duration selected.
- Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a 24-hour cooling period after any upward adjustment request.
- Players who have self-excluded cannot be reinstated before the elected exclusion period ends. uuuvip will not accept any registration from a self-excluded player during this period.
- uuuvip's Trust and Safety team monitors account activity for indicators of problematic behavior and may proactively contact players or take protective account measures where warranted.

SECTION 09
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the uuuvip platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance. In serious cases, uuuvip will report relevant information to Philippine law enforcement authorities.
- Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity or personal information.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
- Using automated tools, bots, or software to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in the platform to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal operation.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Creating accounts under false names or using fabricated identity documents for KYC.
- Accessing uuuvip while under the age of 18 or while knowingly in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
SECTION 10
Account Suspension and Closure
uuuvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe, suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or as required by applicable regulation. In cases of suspected fraud, suspension may occur without prior notice.
If your account is closed for reasons other than prohibited conduct, any balance of cleared funds (i.e., funds not subject to an active bonus condition) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met rollover requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
To appeal a suspension or closure decision, contact the uuuvip Trust and Safety team at support@uuuvip.app within 30 days of the account action. Provide your registered email, account username, and the reason for your appeal. uuuvip will respond within 5 business days.
SECTION 11
Privacy and Data Protection
uuuvip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering for a uuuvip account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy.
Your personal and financial data is protected using industry-standard encryption. uuuvip does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and game providers as necessary for the operation of the platform and compliance with applicable Philippine law.
SECTION 12
Limitation of Liability
uuuvip's liability to you in connection with the platform and services is limited to the amount of cleared funds held in your account at the time any claim arises. uuuvip is not liable for losses arising from: your failure to comply with these Terms; technical failures of third-party payment providers; events outside uuuvip's reasonable control; or decisions made based on your own assessment of gaming odds and outcomes.
Gaming involves risk and it is possible to lose money. uuuvip does not guarantee winnings, specific outcomes, or the profitability of any betting strategy. You are solely responsible for the bets you place and the gaming decisions you make on the platform.
SECTION 13
Changes to These Terms
uuuvip may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in platform operations, regulatory requirements, or business practices. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the uuuvip platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 14
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the uuuvip platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with the uuuvip support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
Before escalating any dispute, you are required to contact uuuvip's support team at support@uuuvip.app and allow a reasonable opportunity — no less than 10 business days — for the matter to be resolved internally. Most account and payment disputes are resolved within 2–3 business days of being formally raised.
